*We require a minimum stay of 3 days during holidays*


Fees (as of January 1, 2011):


$17.00 a day ~ we do not base our fees on the size of the dog, we charge a flat rate fee.


$20.00 a day ~ includes 2 playtime trips outside of the kennel run


Pet Taxi Service: If you are too busy to bring your pets to us, we can pick up and deliver your dog(s) back to you. This service is for our owners within the local area only. Please call us to enquire about pricing - it is based on miles and not on how many pets we are picking up from you!


We do not set our fees based on the size of the dog because all dogs are given the same attention here at Brigadoon Kennel.


We EXPECT payment prior to or at the time of drop off.  If there are additional days added you can pay for these at pick-up.

Military Discount: We offer a ten percent discount for military personnel. Please email us the details and we’ll figure out a price for you.


Senior Citizen Discount: We offer a ten percent discount for senior citizens!


*CHECKOUT TIME is by 12:30pm. Pets not picked up by the checkout time will be required to pay another days stay. Depending on which day of the week some holidays fall, this schedule is subject to change. Please call the office if you have any questions

*Animals can check in anytime during normal business hours, however we would prefer for the animals comfort for them to be in their run no later than 30 minutes BEFORE closing time.

*Special Openings are available only with prior notice and charges will apply.


It’s very important that you make an appointment to drop off and pick up your dog, and please arrive on time. Thank you in advance. If you have multiple dogs and need an affordable solution, please just email or call & we’ll see what we can work out for you.


IMPORTANT NOTES: Long term train and board is considered to be 3 weeks or more. Due to the increasing problem of dogs being abandoned at our kennel we are now requiring that all long term boarding fees be paid up front. We hate doing this but please understand that people must take responsibility for their pets. We are happy to love and care for them long term and treat them as our own, however we are unable to keep them indefinately. Thank you for understanding.


Your dog(s) will be safe and happy. We are happy to show you our facilities or provide you with referrals.


All dogs brought in to our kennels must be current on the following immunizations:  Parvo, Distemper, Rabies, Para Influenza, Leptospirosis, Bordatella (kennel cough).  They must also be free from internal and external parasites.  We require proof from your veterinarian that your dog(s) are current with their vaccinations. 


Any dog being treated with antibiotics must finish their medication prior to arrival at the kennels.  We will be glad to give your dog any veterinarian prescribed medication for health maintenance reasons as needed and recommended. 


All dogs must also be on a monthly heartworm preventative.  Dogs in train & board status long term will continue to receive monthly heartworm medication while at our kennel, so please bring enough for the duration of their stay. 


It is also beneficial for your dogs to be on a monthly flea and tick preventative while at our kennels, such as Frontline, so please plan accordingly.
